Privacy note

This note explains what happens to the details you share when you apply for First Light.

What we ask for

• Your name, email and country, so we can reply to you.
• Your birth date, birth time, birth city and gender, so we can calculate your chart. The city lets us correct your birth time to true solar time.
• Your Instagram name (or another public profile), what you do, and why you want to join, so a person can get a sense of you. We only look at what is already public, and we never message you there.
• Five questions in your own words, and how often you could practise, so a person can see whether this is the right season for you to begin.

If you join a waiting list or write to us through the contact form, we keep your name, email and message only so we can reply.

Who reads it

Only the person reviewing your application. Your answers are not shared with other members, are not sold, and are not used for advertising.

Where it is kept

Applications are stored in a private database that is not readable from this website. If you are invited, the same details are used to set up your Aurora account and your light report.

Changing your mind

You can ask us to correct or remove your application at any time. Reply to the email we send you, and we will do it.
